The triplex is at the top of the 56-story metal and glass tower, which is Major Food Group’s first foray into residential real estate.

It comes with 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, two powder rooms — and its own splashy pool. There’s also entry to the tower’s rooftop helipad lounge, in case you are ever in need of a James Bond-style getaway before flying taxis come to town.

(The building also comes with a marina, bike storage and parking, so that you’re coated on all transportation fronts.)

In addition, all of the interiors have a “European-style” sensibility.

“For years,” Charles told Gimme in a earlier interview, “the city has been defined by white marble and chrome.” These residences, however, are a “departure… Every detail — from the travertine marble and rich wood flooring to the soft, ambient lighting — was chosen to create an atmosphere of timeless elegance and effortless livability.”

And, hey, in case you are still having a laborious time getting a reservation at Carbone, the building will also feature a waterfront restaurant by Major Food Group that will probably be open to the public — with residents getting “VIP access and priority seating.”
