White Marine veteran, 60, sues Shell for firing during alleged DEI-fueled reorganization

Hutt filed a charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on March 6, 2025, and obtained a discover of his proper to sue on June 4 of this 12 months, according to the grievance.
